Focusing on team-work and the individual player, this program will build skill sets from the ground up by giving players the tools they need to compete against higher level competition. Trainees will experience an advanced, team-building and skill building basketball intensive, where they will work-out, practice skills, and do scrimmage. Teaching both fundamental and advanced techniques and tactics, the coaching staff will bring out the best in each student athlete. Physical and mental conditioning with athletic and personal development classes will be the main routine of the academy to facilitate total development.
Advanced adult candidates for the basketball fitness course must be able to handle a serious workout or if not we will give them separate program to follow to make them ready.
