Program Overview

The best way to describe QSports Football Academy is the philosophy to develop good players, based on tactics, technics and in teaching positive sports values as respect, humility and generosity.

QSports aims are to develop young players in the fundamentals of football, incorporate the importance of the effort and teamwork, in a proper atmosphere to develop a good sport experience while having a good time along the way. Moreover with soccer changing so rapidly into a high-paced game, it is our vision to offer a program that combines all the necessary tools for children to grow and maximize their opportunities in modern soccer.

The training Groups are made up of 16 students (maximum) based on ages and skill levels. A total 3 Terms of 10 weeks during a year.

Little Kickers
Little Kickers aims to build character through sport and address obesity and self-esteem issues facing children today. Child obesity can appear by the age of 5 and bullying and low self-esteem may impact on children’s development and school performance for years to come.
The program helps children gain confidence through sport and give you an opportunity to enjoy a fun time out with your kids and peers. It is a “family friendly” sport start program built around the needs of children, busy parents, nursing mothers, grandparents and carers.

Geared towards kids 3 to 6 year olds, QSports Little Kickers programs are run indoors and outdoors depending on weather every school term and scheduled as 45 minute sessions including warm-up and cool-down. Our Sporters learn through play in Football. We promote a social and fun atmosphere that is non-competitive with an emphasis on teamwork.

Training Details

Students will follow a structured training program that takes them through the 4 stages:

  • General Preparation: From 6 to 10 y/o
  • Initial Specialization: From 10 to 12 y/o
  • Specialization Finalized: From 12 to 14 y/o
  • Sportive Perfection & Completion: From 14 to 16 y/o

This categorization is naturally flexible. Biological maturity is taken into account when considering the players formative stages.

The formation of work groups and therefore teams, have variations based on ability, rather than age. It is proven that in-homogeneous levels in ability can produce undesirable results. Therefore, every effort is made to form teams of similar ability to ensure a level of equal technical growth for everyone.

Taking all this into consideration the soccer school will be subdivided in:

  • Little Friends (U6/7/8)
  • Chicks (U9/10)
  • Newcomers (U11/12)
  • Young Players (U13/14)
  • Players Students (U15/16)
