Program Overview

If you have made the decision to make a change in your life to have a healthier more physical lifestyle then Personal Training is the way to go. The extra motivation, personal attention, dedicated individual to assist and guide you on your lifestyle change is what you need.

 

Whether it be general fitness, health and lifestyle change, weight-loss, weight-gain, conditioning and sport specific training we have a trainer suited for you. Through combinations of cardio and weight training, in conjunction with meal plans/diet plans, you will achieve your goals and more.

 

The benefits of a trainer and your own personal program are invaluable and you will see the changes/benefits daily. The start to your lifestyle changing journey starts here.

Included in the program

  • Training under certified trainers
  • 60 minute training per session
  • Official Photo and Certificate of participation
  • Skills assessment at end of term.

Program Details

Terms: Term 1: September – November; Term 2: January – March; Term 3: April – June
Sessions: 20 sessions per term (1 sesson = 60 mins.)
Location: Club House Education City, QF Awsaj, QF Recreation Center & Qatar Women Sports Committee
Term Fee: For Qatar Foundation Members:
Personal Training (1-1): Qar 130 per session
Personal Training (Group of 2-3): Qar 80 per session
Personal Training (10 sessions): Qar 1170
Personal Training (20 sessions):  Qar 2100
For Non Qatar Foundation Members:
Personal Training (1-1): Qar 150 per session
Personal Training (Group of 2-3): Qar 100 per session
Personal Training (10 sessions): Qar 1500
Personal Training (20 sessions):  Qar 2550
Student Kit: n/a
Registration: Registrations have to be made online
Payment: You can pay by visiting us at QSports office
